Never ate at a "Real" Sushi Bar/Restaurant before. First time. Had to save up for this one. Yelp has this for "$$$$", that equals to EXPENSIVE! I recommend saving up some money before even trying anything like this... Unless your a "baller". If you are, please invite when you go here. LOL! ^_^.

A very nice waiting area... Make you feel as if you were in Japan.

Ikura - Salmon Roe my favorite!

Let's see if I remember... LEFT to RIGHT: Toro, ???, Scalop, Red Snapper, ???. When I saw the Toro, I couldn't stop looking at it.

Yellow Tail Sashimi.

Hmm... This is Ono. Doesn't look like the Ono I usually devour on. Wow!

Took another picture just in case my camera was seeing something different.

TORO! TORO! TORO! TORO!

The meat is see through. Halibut Sashimi with Black Truffels.

See the Black Truffles. No, no, it's not chocolate. It's mushrooms.

Blue Fin Tuna.

You'll never guess what think is... Heheh... Monk Fish Liver. YES! I don't know what Monk Fish looks like but now I know they have tastety liver!

Unagi - Fresh Water Eel, never fails ^_^

Sweet Shrimp. When you order this, they make Miso our of the heads. Oh warning, they serve this fresh. Meaning they're still alive. Here's a video below.

So cute yet so cruel and let's not forget, delicious! Oh what a world!

Miso. Soup with one of the Shrimp heads.

Getting fancy with the Miso!

Saba - Mackarel. I didn't know the meat is suppose to be red. This actually doesn't taste as fishy also.

Ok, so alot of you don't like Sea Urchin because of the taste and maybe the texture. I'm with you there, I do not like Sea Urchin at all. However, since
all the Sushi that I usually is so different here and so delicious, I was curious what the Sea Urchin would taste like. Do you wanna know what I thought?
Wow! Sea Urchin is really GOOD! Taste so sweet believe it or not! Try Sea Urchin at the "Real" Sushi Bar/Restaurant, and not at the AYCE places, very different!

House made Coffee Ice Cream.

My favorite. Chocolate - "Melting Cake", "Lava Cake", etc... Whatever you call it, it's good! It came with Starberries, Vanilla Ice Cream and Condensed Milk.

Just to make sure I'm not dreaming. Also this might relieve my headache from all the money that was spent on this great food.
Midori and Tokyo Ice can't even come close, because after eating here my wallet was empty. Either way, the experience was great. The taste of high quality fish is very very different from those AYCE (All You Can Eat) Sushi Bar/Restaurants. Am I ready for Urasawa?
