Going to have an Izakaya dinner at Robata-Ya. If you don't know what Izakaya is, the best way for me to explain is... Japanese Bar food. Izakaya here in California tends to get expensive because... Not sure why, because the ingredients are not hard to find, nor special. Tonight let me show you the type of dishes I order at an Izakaya...
I think it's cucumber... Also beer!
1 Sushi Chef and 1 Izakaya Chef.
Pork Belly and Chicken Liver.
Wasabi on top.
Yaki Onigiri.
Chicken Skin and Chiken Breast.
Duck, Quail Egg wrapped with Bacon, and Chicken Gizzard., my favorite.
Chicken Cartilage.
Beef Tongue and Chicken Heart.
If you know of a good Izakaya spot, let me know I would love to check it out. I don't know many Izakaya places, but it would be nice to find one that has a similar style as Japan.
