So today is Day 0 for Anime Expo 2010. I wanted to check out the night life and see if we can see some tourist Anime lovers roaming around and maybe take some photos. This isn't really an event, that is why I put it on my "PLACES". Also I wanted to take some night photos of the area because I've never been at Nokia Theater L.A. Live, and I was told it was only pretty at night.

There were screens everywhere. Reminds me of Las Vegas.
My buddy Nate, the person on the right, was doing the same thing as I was, but he has an entourage. His favorite character on Street Fighter is Balrog (日本語 M. Bison).

So hard to keep a steady hand. The security guards strictly told me, "No Tripods!".

Front of the Marriott. This is where a lot out of town folks are staying... AKB48 was here in the morning going to LACC (Los Angeles Convention Center).
Do you see the people on the lower left? They were dancing, seems like they are preparing for a dance contest at Anime Expo 2010.
This place is well lit 24/7. The Starbucks here closes at 1:00am.
This is a new theater that just opened. Reagal?

It was pretty quiet tonight. Saw a lot of people that are not from around here. Didn't get a chance to see Danny Choo, he is probably sleeping. I got in trouble for using a tripod and encountered a very cocky Anime fan... Go figure right? I'll be at Anime Expo 2010 this Saturday and Sunday (2010.07.03-04), come say hi if you see me ^_^;
