Pepper the "Skunk" Pomeranian with Cone

This was the day Pepper got neutered. So cute with the cone! Surprisingly he is not depressed... I thought after dogs or puppies get neutered they become depress for a while until they heal. I guess not. Happy as a pup as if nothing ever happened ^_^
